OUR FOUNDER
Kenneth is an accomplished entrepreneur, business leader, and construction manager with demonstrated successes planning, launching and managing new businesses dedicated to providing safe and affordable housing for disabled individuals. Back in the United Kingdom, Kenneth was able to turn a small 1980's family-established construction company into a trade respected medium size organization.
The reputation he earned allowed him to become the front runner for "Decent Homes," a European program for the refurbishment of Social Housing, with 70% of homes having to meet the criteria and having occupational requirements by the year 2010. To qualify to work on the Government scheme, Building Contractors had to become "Partners within the supply chain" of Major Main Contracting companies.
In 2008, Kenneth moved to the United States with his family and purchased a fence company. Within three years, Superior Fence and Rail of which Kenneth's company is part of was awarded with the Home Depot service provider program, a high regarded program to achieve and with a lot of stringent protocols to follow. Indeed, Kenneth's goal is always to deliver outstanding customer service and consistent customer experience through training, mentoring, and coaching of employees and contractors. Furthermore, he is able to negotiate favorable pricing and terms with suppliers, manufacturers and vendors to maximize profitability.
With his experience, Kenneth wishes to develop a new business utilizing his knowledge regarding trends in occupational modifications for homes and businesses to provide equipment and installations throughout the United States
